Welcome to the Tagged Executive registration process. The following sections take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once you have completed this process and uploaded the documents listed you will have become an important part of a prestigious and elite group in the UK business community.
In order to achieve Tagged Executive status you must be at the very top of your career and regarded, for the purposes of FSA regulation, as a high net worth individual which you will be required to self certify on registration. You will also be required to provide a letter from your bank to support your ability to invest £110k through the Tagged Executive programme.
From this programme our aim is to build millionaires and by developing and placing opportunities to you and fellow Tagged Executives – the "tag", in this case by integrating interested VCs is £1m of investment as a norm, including your own £110k.
Our objective is to achieve the investment of £100m invested through this programme in the next 36 to 60 months. In order to achieve this associated Enterprise Capitalists have been briefed of the need to invest £900k plus with every Tagged Executive involved.
It is very likely that some of the £1m funding 'Tags' given to each executive successfully completing this Tagged Executive registration will be exceeded. Our aim is to close this particular Intramezzo programme once £100m has been invested, at which point we plan to launch the next Tagged Executive Programme.
Please note that you will be responsible for your own due diligence before investing. Once you have confirmed your willingness to invest £110k you will be able to access online the VCs who have partnered the Tagged Executive programme.
First we ask you to complete this registration form so that we have a good understanding of your track record and market interests. In return we will be matching you against suitable business plans only presenting you to those in relevant sectors. Key to this registration will be a good studio quality photograph and a well phrased 100 word summary of your career achievements. It is this information that is presented to the enterprise holders.
The first 20 Tagged Executives register at no cost and thereafter there is a charge of £0 plus VAT to cover the basic cost of registration management and your qualification to be a part of this prestigious programme. It also allows you to see the changing list of relevant businesses in which you may like to become involved.
In preparation for your registration you will require:
- A studio quality head and shoulders photograph
- Your full updated CV in Word format
- A 100 word summary of your career achievements
- A signed Pro-forma High Net Worth Certificate
- A Letter of Credit from your bank for £110k or more
- Your credit/debit card details for the payment of £0 plus VAT
