Barry Dinan Appointed as Chairman of Intramezzo. Intramezzo announces the appointment of a new Chairman – Barry Dinan, one of the head hunting industry’s leading ‘names’. Barry’s profile has risen on the strength of Hanson Green’s specialisation in search for non-executive directors for FTSE250 companies. This is a Non-Executive appointment at Intramezzo. Intramezzo is a leading interim management organisation specialising in fast appointments at senior executive level in both interim and consultancy roles. Established in 2002, the company has built a large and rapidly growing candidate base. The organisation has clients in the FTSE250 as well as some new ventures backed by Angel and VC funding. Hanson Green was acquired by Barry Dinan and Peter Waine in 1989. It specialises in non-executive directors, independent chairmen and boardroom consulting. Barry started his career as an officer in the Irish Guards. Before moving into executive search, Barry formed his own insurance broking business, which he later sold to a banking group. He also worked as a Director for Jardine Matheson in South East Asia. He is currently a member of the Advisory Boards of Management Consulting Group Plc and StratCo Inc.
