Grant Thornton (UK) LLP, one of the UK’s leading firms of financial and business advisors and Intramezzo, a senior executive resourcing firm specialist in providing executives into early stage ventures, have announced that they are to work together to form a joint initiative to deliver a new venture fast tracking service to large corporates and other organisations wanting to monetise non core IP.
The primary objectives of this initiative are to generate new income streams and capital value from existing IP and to create investment, wealth generation and employment opportunities through the development of new ventures.
By combining established processes, best in class service providers and senior executive talent with proven track records and access to funding, each business case can be treated to services designed to deliver the optimum business performance and value for money, accelerating a venture’s chances of success.
This joint initiative will be setting up close links with the Venture Capitalist community and additional key partners, to include a national firm of commercial lawyers and patent lawyers for which an announcement is expected shortly.
