The Intramezzo directors

Responsible for: Strategy, alliances, quality and the commercial performance of Intramezzo.

With a background in sales, marketing, general management and interim in the ICT sector, Dermot has worked with companies such as: HP, BT, Orange, Three, Unisys, Oracle and LogicaCMG. He has extensive experience in launching, building and transitioning commercial organisations.

In mid 1997 he bought a dotcom retailer as a 'turnaround' for £9k. The organisation went on to achieve a valuation of £12.5m in 2.5 years. Dermot founded Intramezzo with 5 other directors in 2002.

Dermot is a frequent contributor to national and international conferences and he recently delivered the 'Key Note' speech at the launch of the European Interim Management Conference Association in Brussels.

Rosalyn is Director of Search at Intramezzo.

Rosalyn is regarded as one of the most highly connected and visionary executives on the European headhunt circuit.

Through one of her ventures, Goldjobs, she has built a register of over 100,000 senior executives across Europe. With this, other networks and Intramezzo's own search and selection techniques she is able to identify and transfer some of the most successful executives in Europe and the global market.

Her resourceful approach and her contacts built up over 20 years, linked to her remarkable perception of people, unstinting energy and enthusiasm, has brought her to the top of her profession.

Responsible for: IT Direction and development of the Internet business.

With 15 years experience within the design industry Alex has gained extensive experience in most disciplines from product development, exhibition design, Point Of Sale Design, Traditional Media and finally New Media and has received accolades for his work.

His New Media company 'Rocktime Ltd' during its 5 years of trading has successfully worked with Powergen, The Countryside Agency and BT to name but a few. Alex and his company continue to develop leading edge communication solutions for its client base using the latest technological advances.
