This is a rare opportunity to join one of Europe’s most progressive senior executive talent providers delivering Western senior executive talent into a rapidly developing global market.
To achieve success we are building a Super Connectors™ programme as well as beginning the process of developing world class contacts to support the growth of this division.
The role involves working with executives in our connectors programme and with Intramezzo Directors tasked to each of the emerging markets (New Europe already appointed), each of whom will deliver contacts to the success of this venture. You will also be required to develop a plan to be agreed at board level which involves developing your own networking efforts. Specific areas for concentration include embassies and trade development agencies.
To assist, Intramezzo will support this effort by running a number of relevant events in the UK for the appropriate communities which will lead to business.
The ideal candidate will be interested in working on a shared profit basis but equity only and contingency options can also be open to discussion.
The medium term (2 – 5 year) plan, with the board’s approval, is to spin this venture out from Intramezzo, a process in which both the founding Directors and all introducers will benefit either in shares or cash.
Anticipated annualised compensation package will range between £100k - £300k depending on contribution. There is also considerable scope for the right candidate to exceed this. This business will be centred on London and with some international travel.
